Kraxton Labs LLC · Last updated July 4, 2026

At Kraxton Labs LLC ("Kraxton Labs", "we", "us", or "our"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, purchase our products, or use our software applications, including CompDX (collectively, the "Services").

By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT (AUDIO & PROJECT DATA)

We understand that as a professional audio or post-production engineer, the confidentiality of your clients' media is paramount.

Zero Cloud Audio Processing: Kraxton Labs software operates 100% locally on your machine. We do not upload, collect, transmit, or store your audio files, AAF project files, dialogue metadata, or any sonic material.

No AI Telemetry: Our Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models (such as Pyannote) run locally on your hardware. We do not use your proprietary audio or project data to train, improve, or modify our AI models.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT THROUGH OUR SOFTWARE

To provide a secure and functional product, our software only communicates with our servers for license validation and essential update checks.

License Activation Data: We use a third-party licensing system (TurboActivate - LimeLM) to prevent piracy. When you activate the Software, we collect your License Key, your IP address, and an anonymized hardware fingerprint ("Machine ID").

No Personal Files Scanned: The Machine ID is a one-way encrypted code generated from your computer’s hardware components. It does not scan, read, or transmit your personal files, hard drive contents, or browsing history.

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT ON OUR WEBSITE

When you interact with our website or contact our support team, we may collect:

Account & Support Information: Your name, email address, and any details you provide when submitting a support ticket or subscribing to our newsletter.

Usage Data: Standard web analytics, including your browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected via standard cookies to improve our website experience.

4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT PROCESSING

Kraxton Labs partners with Paddle (Paddle.com) to handle our e-commerce platform. Paddle acts as our Merchant of Record (MoR).

• When you purchase a license or subscription, you are transacting directly with Paddle.• Paddle securely processes and stores your sensitive billing information (e.g., credit card numbers, billing address). Kraxton Labs does not collect, process, or store your credit card information. We only receive purchase confirmations, license generation requests, and your email address to deliver your product.

5. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the limited data we collect solely to:

• Deliver, maintain, and authorize your software licenses.

• Provide customer support and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Notify you about critical updates, new features, or security patches.

• Prevent fraud, unauthorized sharing of licenses, and software piracy.

6. DATA SHARING & THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share necessary data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our business:

Paddle: For payment processing, tax compliance, and order fulfillment.

WyDay (TurboActivate): For cryptographic license generation and hardware authorization.

Hosting/Email Providers: To maintain our website and deliver transactional emails. These providers are bound by strict data protection agreements and use your information solely to provide their specific services.

7. DATA SECURITY & RETENTION

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. We retain your account and license information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements.

8. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your location (such as under the CCPA in California or GDPR in Europe), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data stored by us. To exercise these rights, or if you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, please contact us at:
